Doctor Who - The Collection is a series of Blu-ray boxsets that each cover one season of the classic Doctor Who Series. Each set is lovingly restored and includes new especially shot extras and documentaries.

This is the limited edition version featuring cardboard packaging and the original j-card and booklet, which isn't sold with the 'standard' re-releases the BBC sometimes puts out (I believe they're a way behind on the standard editions).

I'm reluctantly selling my collection. I've owned these from new and only watched each set from start to finish once, storing them in the original packaging when not in use. I've tried to keep these as mint as possible, but some imperfections may exist from when I received it. This set is in particuarly good condition, and the glue holding the plastic tray still seems to be strong (this is a common failing amongst these sets).

Note - in the photos you can see the original cellophane. This package has been opened, but I managed to keep the original cellophane wrapped around the j-card. Not sure it'll stay there for long but just wanted to explain what you're looking at in the photos :-)

About Season 23 - The Trial of a Time Lord

Art imitates life as this season's adventures -the last to feature Colin Baker - is partially set in courtroom whilst in reality the BBC itself was judging Doctor Who and deciding whether to cancel it.

With some of the best special effects every featured in the classic series, the sixth Doctor finds himself put on trial by the Time Lords for interference. Featuring stories within a story, witness the end of life on Earth, the death of a companion, a murder mystery and a shocking twist still being referenced in the new series.

With tons of extras, documenteries and a hilarious 'Googlebox' style series in which form stars return to watch these episodes and give their reactions.
