Small spring bow dip pen ink compass

Manufactured by 'Mechanico Progresso' in Portugal

These came straight from the UK distributor in the late 1970's and were made in the early to late 1960's. They have aged and as such have lost their shine, but will clean up OK. The red on the adjustable width dip pen tips is a seal the manufacturers added.
