For sale is a TFT EAS 911 Emergency Alert System Encoder/Decoder. This unit was taken out of service late last year, and was fully functional. Tested and photographed just before listing, and all was still working. Please inspect photos - I've included a picture of the last printout from the machine to show functionality of the printer, no guarantees on how much of the ink is left, but it was printing fine in December. The pictured receipt paper printout is not included. You will receive the paper area empty as shown in photo 5. As seen in the photos, there appears to be some slight deterioration around the display's corners, however all characters are fully operational and readable, this has never affected function.
