This vintage wooden Springerle rolling pin is in excellent preowned condition. “Springerle" is a traditional type of German biscuit or cookie with an embossed design made by pressing a mold onto rolled dough. This rolling pin is 16” long and has a 4-panel design with 16 deeply carved figures, including an owl, bird, cherry, plants, star, etc. it has bright yellow painted handles that are in good condition. There is one chip in the paint on one handle.
