Charm is approximately 1.0", and still has all manufacturer tags - all original packaging is included, even the plastic seal collar. Charm has never been used, hung, or even held outside of it's plastic baggie (though please note this baggie comes only folded over - the manufacturer does not seal them, only the capsules.

Packaging is all as is - capsule closure still opens/closes/snaps shut.
