New. Bought direct from Funko Web Shop so figure has not been opened. Box necessarily mint, Funko dropped the ball on the packaging of the Heavy Metal box so some of the pop boxes got damaged from the Soda cans they were packaged with. Figure itself may have minor wear inside box from normal transit in shipping but these are new, never out of box
