Both new and unused 180 gram vinyl albums are included. The album vinyl is in excellent condition, so is the jacket aside from wear on the middle of the right side as shown in the pictures.

This album was signed in person in New York when Radiohead toured in 2018, and also during the 2022 Smile tour.

This album comes with a (loa) letter of authenticity from the Beckett company (Steve Grad of Pawn Stars). The Beckett (loa) number is; AB94758.
