New old stock GM part# 9754422 blue steering wheel found with the GM parts tag still taped to it - see last photos.  We cleaned it up and it looks very nice.  Looking in parts books, we found this for these uses:  Chevy: 1975 Vega, Monza except Sport and 1976 BL, HM, HR.  BL is Impala, HM and HR are all Monza models.  Olds: 1975 H, XB.  H would be Starfire and XB would be Omega Hatchback, Coupe.  Buick: 1976 H, XB.  H would be Skylark and XB would be Skyhawk hatchback and coupe.  Also shows up in GMC parts books for 1976 Sprint (GMC's version of an El Camino).  We do not have a Pontiac book to verify applications if any.  Extremely hard part to find NOS.  It is very nice, but found loose, so expect a little rash from being stored with many other parts around and on it.
