This is Aurelian the golden Christmas Elf. This happy little elf says that he will keep watch over you during the holidays. He is a fancy teacup Elf. Probably the showiest Elf you may ever meet. Aurelian specializes in the glitter arts. Every time you find glitter in your house, you can be sure Aurelian has been there because his footprints are glittery. You can count on him to oversee all the Christmas sparkle and he will spread glitz wherever he goes.
Aurelian is wearing a gold lamé sparkly suit. He is wearing a teal felt jacket with a white cowl collar. The teal color signifies excellence in the elf arts and you will find very few elves bestowed by such an honor from the Elf Guild! His hat is a tall cone of gold lame decorated with red holly berries and green holly leaves. He has red hair, perfectly pointy ears, dark eyes and rosy lips. Aurelian is a real elfin beauty. He measures 7" tall in the seated position when hugging his knees, which is his favorite thing to do besides sprinkling glitter everywhere. He has his original label from Napco on his back. The Napco Company was in Bedford, Ohio. This little cutie was born in Japan and traveled all the way to the US. He surely has seen some places! He does not have hanging loop but he loves to be put high up on a tree branch where he can get a good view of all the gift exchanging, present unwrapping and general chaos.
My pictures do not do this little guy justice. He couldn't be any cuter if he tried! You won't be disappointed. I hope there is someone out there who can put this little guy back to work doing what he does best - overseeing Christmas cheer for decades to come...
