The journals have been measured with cheap vernier callipers (i.e., not a precision measurement) and they seem to be standard diameter; they will need grinding though. On visual inspection I believe the crank to be in otherwise healthy condition. Please see photos for an impression of the condition, inspection in person prior to purchase welcome.
