This is a stunning ring, solidly made  to support a big ,sparkling, deep purple amethyst gemstone. I have been told that this particular colour, dark purple with blue undertones, means that the gem was mined in Russia. The stone tests as genuine amethyst using a Presidium tester.

The setting is solid, with the band splitting into three at the shoulders so that big gem is properly supported. The claws are large, turned up over the stone to hold it secure. The stone is 22mms long and 12mms wide so makes a real statement, it will not go un-noticed.

There is an undergallery that has been made to allow light up under the stone so you can see the full impact of that gorgeous colour. The ring had been looked after with no appreciable wear to the stone and only minor wear marks on the back of the band, which could be polished out if the buyer prefers. This piece has been made to last lifetimes.  The ring weighs just under 10 grams.

The ring box pictured is not included in the sale but your purchase will be well packed for transit. I use recycled postage packaging, to minimize  postage costs. As I live out of town there may be a delay of a few days before I am able to post. It will be as soon as I can. I will happily offer multiple purchases at the one postage price, please let me know if you would like to use this option. Opting for signature on delivery and insurance is the safest way to use Australia Post.

Overseas bidders please email for a postage quote before bidding.

Although I do not usually accept returns, if I have made a mistake in the listing I will accept a return for a full refund.
