My actual measurements: 20" Chest pit to pit, 26.75" Front length hps to hem, 6.4" Sleeve length

Very good overall with some flaws - tear at wearer's right sleeve along rib, at back of same sleeve along arm opening seam, small mark at upper back I haven't tried to treat. Otherwise very clean & super soft.
