It is an ideal caravan for those with small children as the side dinette makes into bunk beds with full privacy curtain.

Front seating makes into a large double bed

The caravan has a large end bathroom with good sized separate shower cubicle, wash basin and cassette toilet. There is a large wardrobe and under sink cupboard.

The caravan has a gas fire and blown air gas/electric heating,   full cooker and sink fridge and small freezer compartment

The caravan comes with electic mains hook up lead,  aqua roll, waste hog and gas bottle  plus many extras , ideal for the new starter.

Included in sale is a full sized Dormea Awning which is in very good condition,( will need some ladder straps and maybe a few more pegs)  Storm straps and caravan skirt and curtains  included and instructions. please note pictures only for idea of looks as put up in yard.

Caravan also has a motor mover which works fine if leisure battery is fully charged but if using regularly  would need battery replacing

as it is now quite old
