This is a Prestige by Carter's musical plush clown, which plays Twinkle Twinkle Little Star tune by pulling the loop on the bottom of the body.  Approximately 10" long when body is not extended for music.  

Excellent preowned condition.  Still has all original tags, including price.  Looks unused.
