Antique estate auction find. Exact age unknown.  Written on torn paper backing is Artist unknown. From the collection of Emma Van Der Heyden  1973. Framed by Sister Katherine Lee. Wire hanger. Painting is on board. No signature.  Painting is a classical European romantic era painting with old castle, village, figures working on fishing nets and possible collecting claims in the bay. A couple small chips of missing paint, some discoloring from age. Sadly no signature.  I have not removed painting to inspect the back of painting.  Painting is antique and has some wearing. Fra.e is modern and has light wearing.  Please pictures for overall condition and feel free to ask questions.
