Regardless of shipping choice, all cards will be in sleeves and top loaders.  The $1.00 handling fee pays for: sleeve, top loader, envelope, label, paper, tape, time and fuel to deliver cards to USPS.

Preferred method of shipping is USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority.  If either of those methods are chosen card will be shipped in a bubble mailer.
