Moog Minitaur, I do have the box, which I will send it in, the box is not in great shape however as its been languishing in a corner at work for some time.. The Moog is in great shape though, Ive barely used it, it's never been out of the home either. No adapter I'm afraid but they are standard 12v centre pos. This should be quality Moog Bass at a bargain price for someone- Any Qus let me know!
