Vintage Miniature Dollhouse Artisan 1985 Renee Delaney Shirley Temple Doll w Box
This is a charming vintage, artisan, one-of-a-kind porcelain Shirley Temple Doll standing at just 1 1/16". She arrives nestled in a beautiful pale blue, oval-shaped lidded presentation box, perfect for display or storage. This magnificent piece was made by the talented miniaturist, Renee Delaney of Miss Lavender's Memories. The box is signed on the underside and is dated 1985. The doll herself is hand painted with a smiling, cherubic face, perfectly capturing the childlike enthusiasm of Shirley Temple herself. She has been wigged with cascading blonde curls accented with darling red bows to frame her youthful face. Her dress, a lacy pleated white with red details perfectly reflects Shirley Temple's timeless style. A spectacular heirloom for a special miniature toy shop or bedroom scene. Sure to enchant doll collectors and Shirley Temple admirers alike, this piece is in perfect condition as it has never been displayed and has been stored with care for all of these years.

This miniature came from a wonderful lifetime, BEAUTIFUL miniature collection, all collected by one incredible woman, Grace. She was passionate about artisan made miniatures. Her collection consists of thousands of the most incredible pieces, there are notes and receipts with most every miniature as well as correspondence letters from artists. It is an honor to bring her collection to miniature dollhouse collectors. As with all artisan pieces, there was only ONE made, so if you are interested, there won't be a second chance to acquire some of the most special and amazing dollhouse treasures I personally have seen.
