Shipping: I send the less expensive way, always, unless you ask for specific shipping.  Buyer pays Shipping. I do combine items when possible. 

Return: accept when I make a listing error. If it is damaged during shipping,  you need to contact post office. I wrap and pack with b over kill, lol so not my fault.
