Vintage Blown Satin Czech? Glass Jar With Lid Penguin Couple Thick & Solid 4.25"

Lovely satin glass jar with lid. This has two penguins hanging out closely together on a textured background. Maybe it’s a penguin couple. I found a similar piece online labeled as Czech glass from the mid century but this has no branding or sticker so I can’t be positive. There are bubbles in the glass and it’s very thick. This is a solid, quality art glass jar.

There is some scratching on the surface but otherwise no chips or cracks. Please see pictures for condition detail.
