Victorian cabinet card of Lieutenant Colonel Burton Henry (Capel) Philips CMG of Heath House, Tean in Staffordshire.  He was the son of John Capel Philips and cousin of John William Philips of Heybridge in Tean.  Burton was also the executor of his Uncle John William Philip's will.
