This is a brilliant book and really helped me a few years back. I had stress/anxiety-related issues and this was clear, very easy to read, and gave me concise steps to follow. It was such a good book I bought two more copies to give to friends! One of them already had it so this has sat in my bookshelf, unread and untouched, until now.
