Step by Step Easy Fitting Instructions

Step 1. Cut top of base to length & stick base to a clean dust free floor.
Step 2 .50mm laminated thresholds are supplied with one set of clips that may or may not be used to fit the threshold dependant on the height required. First try fitting the threshold without the clips, pressing the threshold straight onto the base. Second if this is not possible add clips to each of the four grooves which will raise the fitting strip. Third if still you cannot fit the threshold move clips to top level to complete the threshold fitting.
Step 3. Press the top onto the clips at the desired angle to complete the installation, If you are unsure about the size of the clip the start with smallest & work upwards until satisfactory fit is achieved, you do not need to remove the smaller clips if larger ones are required.

Hot Tip ! If for any reason you struggle to put the clips in, angle the clip and use a coin.

30 Day returns, items must be unused & returned in original packaging, Damaged on delivery goods must be reported within 7 days of delivery along with an image of internal and external damage to the package and product, this is the courier policy, once reported and we receive the images we will immediately send a replacement without waiting for the courier to complete the claim process. Returns & Delivery Terms & conditions on any items purchased from our auctions/Listings will be accepted with a full refund subject to the following conditions :
a. Returns must be completed within 30 days of delivery
b. The item(s) must be unopened in pristine condition as on arrival
c. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning items. We are unable to refund any postage costs (except in the case of a faulty product or damaged on delivery)
d. In order to be entitled for a refund for any damaged or faulty items we MUST be contacted within 48 hours of receipt due to a limited time frame on delivery insurance. Photographs of any damage must be sent to our office email found in the Contact Details box on this page (also on your invoice).
e. Special order products or items cut to specification can be returned in the event of any damage, in any other case will not be accepted for return
f. Where the customer has changed their mind, or ordered the wrong item, all postage and carriage costs will be for the account of the customer and will not be refunded in the event of return of the goods Delivery :
