14K White Gold .50 Carat European Cut Diamond & Sapphire Engagement Ring Size 8.  This beautiful ring is solid 14k white gold with an open filigree antique mounting.  The mounting holds a six prong set European cut diamond that rests approximately 6mm high off the finger.  The diamond is an approximate VS-SI clarity, I-J color and has an estimated .5 carat weight.  The diamond is secure in it's mounting and is in great condition.  There are also (2) sapphire accent stones, one on each side of the diamond along the shank, that have an estimated .06 total carat weight.  The sapphires are square cut with a deep blue color that contrasts beautifully against the white gold.  The bezel set sapphires are also secure in their mounting.  The band measures approximately 9.2mm wide at the center of the mounting tapered to 1.35mm wide at the base.  The inside of the ring is stamped "14K".  1.7 dwt / 2.7 grams.  Size 8.  This ring has light wear for it's age and is ready to be shown off!
