I was able to boot each laptop onto a usb drive to make sure that it functioned.  I checked the specs of each laptop to make sure that they were all the same.  Each laptop has a battery installed but I am unsure of the charge cycles or the health.  Each laptop comes with a charger.

Each laptop has an i5 1.7GHz processor and 8GB of memory.
