The Elements of Style, William Strunk, Jr. and E.B. White, 1st Printing Thus, Macmillan, 1959, HC/DJ.  There is a sticker to the rear pastedown (pictured above), but the book has no interior markings and no loose pages.  There is wear to the board edges, corners, and spine ends.  The DJ is clipped at the front corners but has the $2.50 price intact.  There is heavy chipping and tearing to the edges, some staining to the rear panel.  The DJ is wrapped in a new mylar cover.  Please examine all of the pictures closely as they are considered part of the description.  A very rare 1st trade printing.
