Although we strive to get your item to you as quickly as possible, standard shipping time for freight items is 3-6 weeks, sometimes longer (and other times as quick as 1-2 days).

Local pickup is available most of the time 7 days a week by appointment at our Camdenton, Missouri location.

We will not release the item for shipment until you have confirmed a shipping method.

If you need us to ship your item to you and you would like to know what the shipping cost to your location will be before paying for the item, please proceed as follows:
Proceed to the Checkout page from your eBay cart. You are being prompted for your payment details on this page.
Please DO NOT HIT the "Pay" or "Pay with PayPal" buttons or enter your payment details. Go to the "Review item and Shipping" section instead. Find the Request total or Request order total link, then click on it.
From the Order Details screen, enter any further information.
If you want us to ship your purchase to you, then you must perform the following steps to ensure your order is processed correctly:
From the Order Details page, provide any additional details that might affect your delivery, such as driveway access, street parking only, 2nd floor or basement installation, elevator scheduling required, etc.
Then, click the Commit to buy & submit a request. Once we receive your request, we will update the order with our best shipping price (we try to do this quickly). You will then receive a new invoice securely within eBay, for which you can then provide payment.
*** Please be assured that although eBay states that you are committing to buy, we understand that you cannot truly commit to buying without knowing your shipping costs. If you are unhappy with the shipping costs for any reason, we will cancel the sale and refund any fees that may have been collected.
We MUST have at least one valid contact phone number before we can ship your order.
Delivery time is an average of 30-45 days after we receive the cleared payment.
Your order will be shipped insured and delivered at your residence, to your curbside/driveway.
Delivery WILL NOT be made inside, or upstairs unless other arrangements have been made.
14-day return policy after receiving your order for the refund of the purchase price. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS will be incurred by the buyer unless the item/s are not as described in the listing.
The item(s) must be returned in the same condition in which you received it, or adjustments may be made for refurbishment costs.
Free shipping does not include shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.
If the item(s) ships to Missouri, sales tax of 5.85% will be collected.
