What is Glycolic Acid?

Glycolic Acid . It is a natural fruit acid commonly used skin care products and as a treatment. Glycolic acid is extracted most often from sugar cane or pineapples, available in different concentrations to accommodate different skin types and sensitivity.

How can I use glycolic acid?

1. Clean skin with water.

2. Dry skin with hand towel.

3. Using a soft applicator brush, a finger apply the peel to the required areas avoiding any contact with lips, eyelids.

4. Wait for drying time.

4. Neutralize with a professional neutralizer but if you don't have that you can use bicarbonate of soda mixed with water or witch hazel on it's own. If you don't have these then wash very well with hot soapy water.

5. Rinse the treated area well with clean water.

What about after care?

Apply a moisturizer if you feel your skin needs it, we recommend a natural product like our own 100% Hyaluronic Acid Serum.

Cautions
