It features a noble man figurine and a yellow bird. The man measures 5" tall. The planter bowl itself is 2.75" diameter across the top.
The item is in vintage condition and does have a ghost crack as shown in photos, although, it was tested and did hold water after one hour without leaking.
Exact vintage era is unknown.
