Antique Alvin Fine (999) Silver Overlay Perfume Bottle with Clear Glass (as is).  Has monogram of ME on it.  Glass is in excellent shape.  Looks like some silver has been clipped off the top of the stopper.  The picture will show it doen't look consistent.  With stopper it is right at 3 1/4" tall and 3" across.  On the base it looks like it says "999 Fine (a symbol) 3111".  Great addition to your collection.
