TV Village subscribes to Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulation 2000 that entitles all buyers to a 7 day approval period in which buyers can cancel and return their order. However, please note that we can only accept return of an unused item in original package. We cannot refund you if item is received incomplete, damaged or in used condition.

If for any reason you wish to return the item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and you will be provided with instructions for returning the items to us. When contacting us please ensure that you write your full purchase details and description. Item returned must be complete, unused and in 'as new' condition. Please make sure that when you opened the box to examine the item you must have done so without damaging or marking the product in any way. Please note that the Return Shipping fee is paid by the seller.
