item has been reset to factory settings with chrome installed.  battery holding a good charge. the touch screen works as intended,one has white spots on screen but doesn't affect usage. palmrest and speakers all work as intended.  marks and or scratches on upper and lower cases also missing several rubber feet on palmrest. The original stylus is included. the listing is for laptop only and no charger. build date 12/2020, 01/2021
