Antique   19th  century American Eagle,  cast  iron  with  4 inch  wingspan.   Marked  and signed  on back  CS  Bell.  This  company  produced  cast  iron items included  bells  for the navy.  It is possible  that  this  eagle  was  placed  atop  of the  bell.
