All items are sent by Royal Mail 2nd class unless otherwise stated. Although this should normally take 2-4 working days it can sometimes take longer in busy periods. I can claim for lost in transit items after 14 days and at that point I am always happy to issue a full refund.

Finally, I always answer messages promptly and offer a full refund if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase so please contact me immediately with any issues or if the item is not as you were expecting.

PS if you notice a grey circular mark on any of the Pictures that look like they are on the Disc or Tape please be assured that it is in fact just a reflection of a ceiling light and not a mark on the item itself.
