OUR UNIQUE PROCEDURE FROM PURCHASE TO SALE:

Step 1: (THE BUY)
We search the entire United States looking for quality inventory to keep up with our demand. Most of our inventory comes from fleets, fleet management companies, municipalities, state owned inventory etc. and purchased through auction or a sealed bid. This is a time consuming process - from the initial buy, lining up payment, facilitating transportation it is a full time job

Step 2: (THE FIRST LOOK AND RECONDITIONING PROCESS)
Steps 2 & 3 are the most important and where I think we differentiate ourselves from others. When the truck gets in from wherever it came from, it gets a first look and initial evaluation (usually by whomever bought it). In this evaluation we ask ourselves (what does it need?) this usually includes minor paintwork, mechanical work, detailing etc. After this stage it goes directly to our mechanic who runs down the list of a DOT inspection and gives us a list of what it needs. The check includes the standard DOT check and then some such as lights, brakes, tires, steering components, major/minor leaks but also overall mechanical condition and items that may not be on a DOT inspection checklist. Some lists are small, some are long, but none the less the work gets completed until we are satisfied with our product. We are completely transparent here and would be happy to show an interested buyer what work was completed on the truck. Once the mechanical work has been completed it goes off into the next step of reconditioning which may be the body shop or detail. We do not buy any major wrecks or salvage vehicles so our body work is very limited to painting a utility box due to scratches, a minor rust spot, or a few minor dents etc.

Step 3: (THE TEST DRIVE & DETAIL)
Once all work has been completed mechanically and cosmetically, we are lucky enough to have a semi-retired CDL driver do test drives for us. This test drive includes (but not limited to) a 1+ hour, 40+ mile highway/city test to ensure the truck is ready to be sold. This test drive is where any kinks get worked out and to ensure all mechanical work has been completed correctly. As the driver is on his test drive he notes any minor issues (if any) and reports back with how it drove. If you would like to speak to the driver directly, we can put you into contact with him to get his opinion on the truck. Once it gets his blessing, it goes to detail (if it wasn't detailed already) to be shined up. The detailing process typically takes 2 full days and includes an interior and exterior wash. Our detailer has been in this line of work for over 20 years and knows how to make a truck shine!

Step 4: (THE SALE)
After all of this, the truck is finally ready to sell. At this time the truck gets placed on "the pad" and is ready for 100+ pictures and a several minute long video. At this point the truck has been looked over by several people, mechanically checked, driven over an hour, cleaned and is a product we can stand behind and put our name on. This process is what makes us who we are, and allows us to be confident in the trucks we sell.

Pre-emissions 2007 Ford F-750 with only 107K miles and an open canvas for a new work truck! We purchased this truck as a cab and chassis as it is a great candidate for a new lease on life. It has a desirable engine (no DEF!), desirable dimensions (84" CA), a replaced manual transmission, and under a 26K GVWR. This truck runs, drives and operates GREAT! The exterior, interior, frame/underside all shows really well. The Cummins 5.9L turbo diesel engine starts right up, sounds good and is very quiet. Upon listing this truck it was very cold (~25 degrees) and the truck started right up without hesitation. The 7 speed manual transmission shifts smoothly and as it should. The clutch feels strong. No warning lights are illuminated on the dash. The interior shows well with no major rips or tears in the seat. The frame/underside has been sandblasted and painted in a rust inhibiting black paint. We usually sandblast and paint our cab & chassis trucks to knock off the light surface rust and to protect/preserve the frame for the next owner. Minor pitting on the frame can be seen from the sandblasting but no areas of concern are present. This is a hard to find truck that is well optioned and ready to go. Great truck that you could hop in and get right to work. This truck would be a great candidate for a service body, hooklift, flatbed, or just as a hauler truck. This truck has been mechanically checked and the oil has been changed, fly in and drive it home. We added the temporary rear lights so that the truck could be driven out of here legally. Please view all pictures and attached video for an accurate representation of the truck. We are located in Clarksville, MD 21029. For any further questions or a shipping quote feel free to contact us. Thank you for looking.
