This is brand new with tags. The brand is Falls Creek. This is a womens size 2X clip dot off white or cream colored tank top. It is lightweight. I stuck a tape measure in a few of the pictures. On the front in the neck area there Is elastic and a tie. The tie creates a keyhole opening when tied. There is also lace trim on the straps. I tried to take a lot of pictures make sure to look at them!
