A cool animation cel of TMNT’s Krang. It has been opened on the side and the cel slides out on like a cardboard with matting. It’s vibrant in person and awesome only thing I see a few specs in the blue area on the cel. Unsure if can be cleaned but it’s very minor. I took some pictures.
