Comes with doshin the Giant strategy guide that includes a CD-ROM disc and a copy of the game with the memory card in manual (no outer sleeve included).

The strategy guide has some wear but overall in good condition, I didn't observe any writing to damage to the pages of the guide book.

I have not tested the CD ROM disc that is included so I am unsure if it is in working condition or it's contents.
