"Noah's Ark" Studio Publicity Clock from 1928

The clock is a cast metal publicity piece commissioned by the studio for the film’s release.
Dolores Costello’s image features on the clock face.
Fashioned in the shape of an ark, the color has faded over time and wear is evident for example, lower left portion of the “N” is chipped off and missing (see last few pics).
The mechanism works for just a very short period so, it is being offered as "not working".
Sterling Art Metal Works manufactured this amazing piece.

The clock will accompany the "Bill Collins" signed card with information on the film (as requested by the previous owner back in 1983).
