Any new parts fitted which come with warranty cards will be supplied with the laptop along with the packaging of the new parts
Laptop has been stripped and rebuilt with new thermal paste where need and cleaned also new parts fitted
please be aware this is a 2nd user laptop and may show sign of previous use but is in full working condition
WARRANTY
all laptops will be covered by a 30 day warranty from the day you receive it according to the currier this does not include consumables such as battery's
It also does not include accidental damage
It does not include software issues I. E you have downloaded a virus or deleted a system file by mistake
Also does not Include chargers as we have no control how you use them
If in the 30 day period there is an issue we aim to either
REPAIR OR REPLACE OR REFUND
in that order we also cover the shipping costs
RETURNS AND SUPPORT - RETURNS ARE DELT WITH HONESTLY AND FAIRLY. ON THE RARE OCCASION THAT SOMEBODY HAS AN ISSUE WITH AN ITEM WE SIMPLY ASK THEM TO SEND US AN EBAY MESSAGE. THIS IS MUCH QUICKER FOR BOTH PARTIES THAN GOING THROUGH EBAY DISPUTE PROCESSES, SO PLEASE ALLOW US TO ASSIST IN THE FIRST INSTANCE. WE WILL DEAL WITH QUERIES QUICKLY AND BE AS FLEXIBLE AS WE CAN TO GET YOU SORTED OUT
