Quality and Condition

All of our models are photographed and inspected to assess condition. We try hard to catch all defects and reflect condition accurately in our listings. Prior to shipment a quick quality assessment is conducted to ensure damages are not present. Some of our products are over 20 years old and therefore boxes may show signs of shelf wear/aging. Within the realm of model aviation we do not consider normal shelf wear when assessing overall condition.

Payments

Payment must be made immediately for buy it now listings & within 24 hours of auction end time. We reserve the right to cancel any order without payment after 24 hours, or immediately if buyer activity is suspected to violate eBay policy or conduct codes.

Returns

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery date under the following conditions: 

    - The item is returned in the same condition it was received

    - No parts are missing, replaced, or manually adjusted

Please note that the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless an incorrect item was received or the item was damaged in transit.
