Shipping

We are happy to combine postage charges on multiple orders & also arrange collection in person on all our items. However, we are unable to combine orders for international delivery using the Global Shipping programme. St Luke’s Hospice eBay shop is unable to alter customs labels to help avoid tax problems in other Countries. We are unable to process any requests to label an item for less than it is worth or to list the package as containing goods that it is not. Please note that all our items are packed by our volunteers & we will endeavour to ship all items within 3 working days from payment.


Returns

Returns accepted up to 30 days from purchase in accordance with eBay returns policy.

All return items should be raised via the eBay returns centre and sent back to St. Luke’s Donation Centre, Unit 14 Fieldhouse Way, Sheffield, S4 7SF. It is the customer responsibility to ensure the item is received at our donation centre in the same condition it arrived to them.

If your item is faulty or not as described and you live in the UK please open a return via eBay returns so we can provide a pre-paid returns label.

If you are returning the item as you have changed your mind please also use the eBay returns centre so your item can be tracked, if you use your own courier and the return is lost or damaged in transit we will not be able to refund the item.  We do not cover the postage costs on change of mind returns.

If you are returning an item from overseas you will need to open a return via the eBay returns centre so we can provide options to return the item.

Offers to end Auctions Early – It is St Luke’s Hospice policy to allow all auctions to run their course and be fair to all customers so we do not accept Buy It Now offers on Auction items.
St Luke’s Hospice uses the eBay Global Shipping Program to access International Customers and is not able to send items to Countries by other Courier methods.
Payments
St Luke’s Hospice is happy to wait a total of 28 days for payment on any item.
Working Hours
St Luke’s eBay Customer Service team operates between 8.30 – 4.30 Monday to Friday only. Please note any questions and cases will only be responded to within these times.
Buyer Policy
St Luke’s Hospice reserves the right to block or end communication with any abusive buyers, any buyers who do not follow proper eBay etiquette or any buyers who do not follow eBay buying policies properly.
Complaints

Please contact us via the E-Bay messaging service with any issues or complaints on your bought items. If you are having any issues with lost or damaged parcels please contact us through this service to allow us to be able to respond.
Issues with Deliveries
If a customer has an issue with delivery of an item we will follow this up and make a claim with the courier. A refund for the customer will be processed once we have received the refund from the Courier, this can take up to 14 days.
