Product Description

Notice:

1. Do not heat probe with bare hands.

2. Do not leave it in the oven while cooking.

3. Do not immerse digital devices completely in water for several minutes.

4. Please clean the metal probe with soapy water.

5. Please clean with hands or water.

How to calibrate:

Please make a glass of ice water,  the glass with ice and top it up with water, then insert the probe so that it touches the ice (make sure the probe touches the ice under the water). When the temperature reading reaches a stable value, the temperature, hold

Press and hold the "CAL" key for 5 seconds. After 5 seconds, the display will flash "CALL" on the screen and flash the temperature reading. Use the C/F keys to increase the temperature reading or the "HOLD" key to decrease the temperature reading until 0°C or 32°

F. NOTE: Make sure the ice water has time to  its coldest state and the probe is in contact with the ice. Otherwise, you may receive an "ERR" message if the temperature does not freezing.
