Worn, but in overall good vintage condition with some expected signs of wear. Noticeable things to mention: it comes with a replacement fur used just for the pictures, so it’s NOT THE OG one, sure there is a better alternative out there, but at least you get an idea it can be replaced; the top button made a tear in the fabric, so should be restitched and replaced, as can’t be used now; the bottom drawstring is missing. Some less noticeable things: the “middle” cuff buttons are missing; there are a couple small holes and tears here and there that could be fixed at some point; there is some overall wear and a bit of fraying to the cuffs and some edges. For the most part these flaws should be an easy job for any tailor and are barely noticeable when worn anyway.
