All items are dispatched via Royal Mail in the UK, or Airmail for international orders.

I aim to dispatch items within 2-4 working days, but PLEASE NOTE as most items are handmade to order, there may be a delay especially at busy periods such as Christmas. If your order does not arrive within 10 days from despatch, please contact us.

I try to describe my items as accurately as possible, but colours might vary because of the lighting and shadows etc when picture was taken. Each item may also vary slightly due to the fact that they are handmade
 
All items are quality checked, we do our best, but we are only human, and mistakes do happen. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve any problems.

SAFETY: this item is not a toy and is not suitable for children under 5 years of age, due to small parts as may be a choking hazard and should be used as keepsake (souvenir) item only.
Children should always be supervised when wearing jewellery. Buyer takes all responsibility for this item.
