We do offer a 30 day warranty on our units listed under the conditions: used / refurbished / open box or new.

• If you are looking for a longer warranty please use the All State Protection Plan offered for an additional cost.

• Please be aware that we are not offering any extended warranty and any claims after 30 days would be done through that plan.

• Congrats you won or your offer was accepted, now what?

• We expect payment within two (2) calendar days of the items sold date.

• Non-paying Bidder Cases are automatically opened after 2 days of non-payment. Once another 2 days have passed the case is automatically closed in our favor and non-payment will be recorded on the ?buyers? account.

• Your order will ship by its due date. Which can either be 1 or 2 business days. 

• Please don?t send us messages asking us to ship your item out asap or today. If we get it safely packaged in time before our pick up it will happen. Messaging us actually slows down the process as our shipper does messages as well.

• Our feedback states a lot that items came earlier and packaged well. We ship as if it was going to be sent to us. 

• This applies to Domestic Orders

• If you have multiple orders pending payment and would like a shipping discount please email us 1st and wait for us to send you an invoice that will have the reflected discount on it. Otherwise no adjustments will be made or refunded.

• Orders are shipped in order of date payment is received. 

• We package our items with care. 

• Some new items may come in the original box only. If you want it double boxed include that in the message at time of sale. 

• If you are a buyer that plans on sending your order(s) to another country after delivery in the United States was made then you must check the items before sending them out of the country. Refunds in any amount will not be done without the item back.

• This applies to International Orders.

• Combined shipping costs invoices can not be done. Buyer will need to add all items to thier cart and pay that way..

• We can?t mark merchandise values below value or mark items as ?gifts? ? US and International Government regulations prohibit such behavior.

• International shipments are done through eBay International Shipping. Delivery times are varied and can be delayed by customs, which is out of our control.

• We are not responsible for the time your country's customs office holds the items.

• Any and all 3rd party fees are not payable to us and we have no control over cost. We can?t give you a price quote.

• We are a growing business with over 5K in feedback. Feedback from our customers means the world to us! We try to please our customers. If you have any questions about an item, your order, etc, please send us a message through eBay. 

• If your experience with us was not satisfactory for any reason, please contact us immediately before leaving a review. We will be happy to resolve the issue and work out a solution with you. Our goal is to make your experience with us pleasant!

•  We are only working from the office from 9am to 4pm NYC (EST) Time Monday - Friday. 

• We check for offers and messages at least once an hour during the business day.

• Please do not send multiple emails as it just slows down the process of replying to you.

• If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item please let us know through ebay message BEFORE opening a return/exchange request. Once the return is open, the item must be returned even if we have more of that item.

• If available we can swap out a damaged or defective item for the same item.

• If the same item isn?t available but we have something close to it, we can offer that as a solution.

• Using ?item not as described?, ?Doesn't match description or photos?, ?Received wrong item? or ?Item is defective? and that is not the correct option, You will be reported.
