This phone is in good working and cosmetic condition. The power button has to be pushed hard to turn on or shut down. If you are weaker than this old woman, then you can always just plug in the charger and it will come on (but even I can do it). I did a little video to show it can be done. It was a little awkward for me with the tripod and camera standing between me and the phone but it does give you a view of it working. If you would like to view it, please ask. These older phones can be used a number of ways: play games, send and receive emails (with a wi-fi connection), for a child who's not ready for a phone but wants the experience, search the web (with a wi-fi connection), or even as a trade in for a new phone (Verizon was offering this not too long ago).
