Overall good condition.  Hardcover- the book itself is like new.   In the hardcover you will see a tear on front dustcover near Elvis' right cheek -one inch. Second photo shows it from the inside of the dustcover and leaves a slight smudge on the front cover of the book (photos 7,8 after main photo). Again, the book itself is in excellent condition and is a first edition.  

   Softcover is near mint. The first few pages have a spot at the bottom that gets smaller and is gone by page 5.  These books have been called by Lisa Robinson of the New York Post, "The most gorgeous and intelligent book ever done of the man."
