The print is in Excellent Condtion. The bottom left corner is a little soft. In the last photo, you can see along the border of the left side, toward the bottom it almost looks like the paper was pressed down. I assume it was from when it was cut as this is how it arrived.

Depending on how you frame it, the matting should cover the corner and border.
