Apple iPad 10th Gen WiFi 10.9", Blue

Condition:

The screen and body are in nice condition, cosmetically.

Functionality: 

This iPad 10th Gen. does not seem to turn on all the way. The display turns on, but only displays a big stripe down the middle, and the backlight isn't working. We couldn't get it to show up on iTunes using a PC, so it is unknown whether it is locked or might have a higher capacity.
